Inspired by the craft beer and gin movement, and motivated by a massive fire on their farm, Burning Barn set about creating a craft offering to Rum drinkers.
Walk into any bar or pub as a beer or gin drinker and you can find an array of amazing, small-batch drinks; booze that has been created by cool people, with passion and quality ingredients.
Burning Barn believes that you shouldn’t have to compromise because you’re a Rum drinker.
We produce two unique rums.
Our Spiced rum is created by roasting whole spices then infusing them into the finest dark rum. A sophisticated take on an existing category.
Our Smoked rum is smoked using apple wood from our orchard on site. We cold smoke the finest dark rum to create a deliciously smooth, smoky flavour. Delicious on it’s own or in an Old Fashioned with a twist of grapefruit peel.
