Founded in 2014 with a mission to produce consistently flavour-forward beers with an ethos of science and education.

We are passionate about using our scientific experience to not only produce some of the best beers in the world but more importantly pass that experience on via science education classes held at the brewery.

As well as educating up to 100 people a month at the brewery, we have produced beers that have won numerous awards and are sold in some of the best beer bars in the UK and the rest of the world.
